Shipping Policy

Free UK Shipping

All orders ship free to UK addresses. No minimum order, no hidden fees.

Dispatch Times

• Orders before 2pm GMT - same working day dispatch
• Orders after 2pm - next working day dispatch
• Weekend/holiday orders - dispatched next working day

Delivery Times

• UK Mainland: 1-2 working days
• Northern Ireland & Highlands: 2-3 working days
• Channel Islands: 2-4 working days

These are estimated delivery times. Royal Mail occasionally experiences delays outside our control.

Courier

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent courier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Packaging

All lots are packed in secure, padded packaging appropriate to the weight. Larger lots (20kg+) may be shipped in padded boxes.

International Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping may be available on request - email hello@thejewelleryintake.co.uk for a quote.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days, contact us at hello@thejewelleryintake.co.uk. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
